Incorrect Address and Undeliverable Packages: Please carefully verify your delivery address at checkout.

If your package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or because the recipient refuses to cooperate with customs clearance or refuses to sign for the package, we will process your refund upon receiving the returned package.

Please note: In this case, the original order's shipping fee (if any) will not be refunded, and we reserve the right to deduct the actual shipping cost incurred for the return of the package from the refund.
